Albia, Iowa

The Albia area once had a number of railroads, such as the Wabash, Chicago, Burlington & Quincy, Milwaukee Road and Minneapolis & St. Louis.
Today, BNSF owns the CB&Q; Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern owns the Milwaukee Road; Iowa Southern Railway owns the Wabash and the M&StL has been recently abandoned.
